PunkerIcon is operated by Yasin Çalışkan, a sole proprietor doing business as PunkerIcon in Türkiye. You can contact us at [email protected].

PunkerIcon uses artificial intelligence to create SVG and PNG icons from text prompts. Results are generated automatically and may vary between requests.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase.

PunkerIcon sells one-time credit top-ups. We do not currently sell recurring subscriptions, and top-ups do not renew automatically.

Credits are digital utility units that may only be used inside PunkerIcon to generate icons. They are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash, do not earn interest, and are not a bank account, wallet, security, virtual currency, or other form of stored monetary value.

Paid top-up credits expire 365 days after purchase. Promotional or free credits may have a different validity period shown when they are granted. Credits are consumed according to the generation cost displayed in the product.

Paid credit purchases are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles checkout, payment processing, applicable customer-side taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks in accordance with its own terms and privacy notices.

Prices, currency, taxes, and any applicable fees are displayed before you complete a purchase. PunkerIcon does not store your full payment card details.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use and modify icons generated through your account for personal or commercial projects.

AI-generated results may not be unique and may resemble results generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property protection, or that it is free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing an output before using it.

You may not resell generated icons as standalone stock assets or represent AI-generated work as manually created where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.

You may not use PunkerIcon to request, create, distribute, or facilitate content that violates law, third-party rights, these Terms, or our providers' policies.

The AI providers used by PunkerIcon apply automated safety controls and may reject prompts or outputs. No automated system is perfect, and you remain responsible for every prompt you submit and every output you use.

We may block a request, remove content, restrict credits, suspend an account, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or provider policies have been violated. Fraudulent payment activity may also be reported to Dodo Payments or relevant authorities.

We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of PunkerIcon. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every prompt will produce a usable result.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments.

PunkerIcon's software, interface, brand, documentation, and underlying technology belong to PunkerIcon or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted for generated icons, these Terms do not transfer ownership of PunkerIcon technology or branding to you.

PunkerIcon is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunkerIcon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or generated outputs. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
