Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for paid credit purchases and collects the payment and billing information required to complete a transaction, calculate taxes, issue invoices, and manage refunds or disputes.

PunkerIcon does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Dodo Payments handles that information under its own privacy notice and security controls.

Prompts and the information needed to generate an icon are sent to OpenAI, which provides AI generation services and applies provider safety controls. Do not include confidential information, personal data you are not authorized to share, or sensitive personal information in a prompt.

A prompt or output may be blocked where an AI provider identifies a potential policy violation. PunkerIcon may also investigate reported misuse and enforce its Terms of Service.

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate PunkerIcon, complete transactions, protect the service, or comply with law. Our providers include:
